Movement: Intro To Ballroom Dance Basics (Youth & Young Adults)

This program will benefit students of all fitness levels.   The material can be adjusted for a group with diverse fitness levels or can be targeted to athletes wanting to enhance their balance, timing and agility.  All will be done in a fun and upbeat environment. 

The seminar dance movements can be taught for single or partner participation.

Recommended age grouping:
K only, 1st & 2nd , 3rd - 5th, 6th - 8th, 9th and above
